Foresing was conceived at a time marked by shock and upheaval, when the first months of war brought an acute awareness of how quickly reality can fracture. The work grew from the experience of witnessing how pain reshapes the human spirit, forcing transformation where none was sought. It reflects on the fragile balance between collapse and renewal, and the fear of what may come if humanity continues to move blindly toward destruction.
Born from a need to confront these emotions and to urge a collective pause, the piece became a meditation on the choices, what we even don`t have, that define our future.
Presented at the Labyrinth of Emotions exhibition.
2023. Oil on canvas.
70|60 cm.
